Account access expires one (1) year from the date of purchase. If your account shows a “Blocked” status, you have exceeded the one year window and your course access is expired.
To renew your course access and continue where you left off without losing progress, you will need to re-enroll and pay the registration fee.
Once you register, disregard the new username; and send us an email at Support@ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com. You must include your new Registration Order # and your original username.
Allow 24-48 hours to unlock original account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have completed Modules 1 -12 & the 14 Hour Driving Log, and just need to request & download your DE964 (LICENSE) Certificate, do NOT re-enroll, just send us an email to Support@ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com and we are happy to temporarily unlock your account.
